SFR of PIC16F873

The RAM register file of PIC16F873 is divided into four. Each size is 128 bytes. SFR(Special Function Registers) are allocated at 32 bytes from the head of each bank. At the back of the 33rd byte, it is the register area which is possible to use a user for freelier. The size is 96 bytes of each bank. However, bank 3 and bank 4 are the contents which are the same as bank 0 and bank 1 respectively(the mirror). So, the size which can be substantively used is 192 bytes for 2 bank.
